  • 7 The maximum contribution towards replacing your appliance if it is beyond repair is capped dependent on the type of your appliance. Please see the Policy Terms and Conditions for details.

Main exclusions are:

  • Appliances used for a non-domestic purpose or in a commercial environment
  • Faults that are due to a generic manufacturing defect e.g. Product recall
  • Any fault or damage caused by any theft, attempted theft, malicious damage or damage caused by fire or explosion
  • Costs of rearranging missed appointments with engineers, or installation, de-installation or scrappage costs of the appliance

  • Has your manufacturer warranty expired?
  • Have you checked your appliance is not covered elsewhere?
  • Is your appliance owned by you and less than seven years old?
  • Are you looking to cover your appliance against breakdown caused by mechanical or electrical failure?
